Procedure

  • Attach the samples in the acrylic sample boxes

  • Fill in a freshly prepared aqueous suspension

  • Setup the stroke length of the instrument to 130 mm ± 2 mm

  • Attach a wiper blade (e.g. CR Bosch Profile 32) with a load of 15 g/cm (80 mm blade 120 g)

  • Test two samples on a double stroke instrument parralell or in row

  • Setup instrument to 10.000 cycles

  • Samples need to be turned after 10.000 cycles

  • Run test for another 10.000 cycles

  • Measure transmission haze of cleaned and dried surface
