Guía para medición de la viscosidad
La viscosidad es una propiedad importante de los líquidos para determinar cómo fluyen, se propagan o nivelan bajo ciertas condiciones. Se puede definir como la resistencia interna de un líquido al fluir. Poder medir la viscosidad permitirá predecir el comportamiento en un proceso o una aplicación. Al aplicar la pintura con rodillo, la viscosidad de la pintura influirá fuertemente en la cantidad de pintura aplicada por área de superficie, determinando así tanto el rendimiento como el poder cubriente. Es crucial que los productos líquidos se sometan a una medición de viscosidad en el control de calidad entrante y saliente.
