Procedure
Sample preparation:
- Apply paint to black plastic panel with a wet film thickness of 3.5 mils and width of 150 mm
- Apply coating in 3-4s to prevent pin holes/holidays and cure for 7 days
Procedure:
- Apply soilants/stains in straight pairs of lines perpendicular
- Soak sponge in water and squeeze
- Apply liquid or powder cleaner
- Scrub for max. 100 cycles
- Compare washed and unwashed area
- Determine difference by measuring color, 60° gloss
